1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Zero Wait Labs (“we”, “us”). Zero Wait Labs is a retail business based in Kochi, Kerala, India. Its incorporation as a company is in progress; these terms will be updated with its registered details once they are issued.

They cover purchases from machines we own and run, such as Q0, and your use of this website.

2. What we sell

Our Q0 machines sell small, everyday goods in five categories: Gifts, Care, Tech, Party and Essentials. What is in stock varies by machine. The machine’s screen shows the items available and their prices.

We don’t sell the machines themselves.

3. Prices

Prices are shown on the machine’s screen in Indian rupees (INR) before you pay. The price you see on the screen when you pay is the price you are charged.

4. How a purchase works

  1. You choose items on the machine’s screen (up to five in one order).
  2. The screen shows a UPI QR code for the total. You scan it with any UPI app and approve the payment.
  3. Once the payment is confirmed, the machine drops your items into the tray one by one.

Your order is accepted when your payment is confirmed. Each order gets an order code shown on the screen; keep it if you need help.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments, our payment partner. You pay through your own UPI app. We never see or store your UPI PIN, bank login or card details.

6. If something doesn’t drop

If the machine reports that it couldn’t drop an item you paid for, a refund for that item starts automatically, back to the account you paid from. If a shelf develops a fault, the remaining items from that shelf in your order may be cancelled and refunded instead of dropped. If an item gets stuck without the machine noticing, message us the plate number and your order code and we’ll refund it by hand. See Refunds & Cancellations.

7. Using the machine

Please don’t tamper with, damage or try to force the machine. Collect your items from the tray before you leave. If the machine seems faulty, message us with the plate number shown on it (for example KL 07 Q0 0001).

8. Products

Products are sold as supplied by their makers and carry any maker’s warranty that comes with them. Read the label before use, especially for personal care products.

9. Our responsibility

We are responsible for refunding you if you paid and didn’t get your item, and for the items we sell under the Refunds & Cancellations policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that can’t be limited.

10. This website

This website gives information about Zero Wait Labs and Q0. It has no accounts and no forms. Contact links open WhatsApp, your phone or your email app. The brand, logos and text on this site belong to Zero Wait Labs.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Purchases are governed by the terms in force when you paid.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ernakulam, Kochi, Kerala have jurisdiction, subject to your rights under consumer protection law to approach a consumer commission where you live.
